Great wine and service

I am already a fan of Graves wines and Chateau Trebiac is no exception. It's quite a recent vintage but if you are happy to let it breath for 30-40mins after you've opened the bottle, or even better, decant it and let it sit for a whlle, you will be rewarded. And if you eat meat, I can recommend it to go with your favourite dish. The warm, plum smoothness comes through and compliments the meal. Salut!

I have to admit I haven't sampled it yet - I am diabetic and only drink on high days and holidays - though I would like to appreciate quality wines etc. Your service is excellent, however, as I am sure will be the sheŕry (read the review in Country Life).
