The whisky was elevated through maturation in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks. With a deep chestnut hue, a lively nose and a punchy palate, expect a dram that captivates the senses with Rich mocha, heather honey and cinnamon pancakes, with caramelised brown sugar, pears and ginger snaps on the nose and then a palate dense with dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
