We were hosting a wine club evening in our village and needed a wine that has been produced in Spain for a long time. We discovered the CVNE Vina Real barrel fermented white Rioja and thought it would be interesting. However, we needed it the next day. I telephoned Field & Fawcett at 3.00 in the afternoon on Thursday and received the wine by 3.00 in the afternoon on Friday - thanks to Field & Fawcett making it happen. Really excellent customer service from start to finish. And - the wine was interesting, well liked by the wine club!

I love this wine. It's a full bodied red wine with dark fruit flavours. Quite expensive BUT worth it.

This is an amazing sparkling rose, one of the best in my view and every bit as good as rose champagne, and not only better in depth and body than many, but also better value. Let’s have more Franciacorta in the UK, particularly from this vineyard, which is also well worth a visit.
Know this wine from old, one of the best dessert wines I have ever tasted.
