Zweigelt was named after its Austrian creator who successfully crossed Blaufrankisch with St. Laurent.
The wine was aged in large oak barrels for 12 months before bottling. Typical flavours of cherries, plums with smooth ripe tannins on the palate. Great paired with roast veal or game dishes.
