Since 1877, Williams & Humbert has produced acclaimed Sherry wines. Established by a pair of enterprising English entrepreneurs in Jerez de la Frontera, the company now enjoys global recognition for its exceptional product range. The winery is situated within the sherry triangle, an area renowned for its distinctive microclimate.

After harvest, Pedro Ximenez grapes are sun-dried in Andalusia for about 10 days, nearly transforming into raisins. The wine then undergoes oxidative aging in W&H Collection Criaderas and Soleras for at least 15 years. The result is a dark mahogany, high-density Sherry with a deep aroma of raisins and figs. It's exceptionally luscious and smooth on the palate, with a velvety texture and intense sweetness (380g/litre sugar content). The rich flavour culminates in a remarkably long, pleasant aftertaste.
