Established by a pair of enterprising English entrepreneurs in Jerez de la Frontera, Williams & Humbert has produced acclaimed Sherry wines since 1877. Nowadays the company now enjoys global recognition for its exceptional product range. The winery is situated within the sherry triangle, an area renowned for its distinctive microclimate.
This Sherry undergoes oxidative aging from the start, with fortification to at least 17% alcohol, preventing flor yeast formation. It matures for a minimum of 15 years, developing a bright, crisp amber hue. The nose is intense, dominated by walnut and nutty aromas. On the palate, it's very dry and rich, with notes of dried nuts and fruits, culminating in an exceptionally long finish.
