The company was founded in Jerez de la Frontera by two intrepid Englishmen, and today Williams & Humbert is internationally recognized for the quality of its Sherry portfolio. The winery is located in the sherry triangle, a region with a unique microclimate that is ideal for Sherry production.

The Collection 15 Year Old Amontillado evolves from the Collection Fino, undergoing at least 4 additional years of oxidative aging. Its aroma is intense and complex, with a pungent character and subtle hints of its Fino origins. On the palate, it presents as full-bodied and elegant, with mellow, nutty notes and a lingering finish.
