Weingut Von Hövel Saar Riesling Kabinett

Originally founded in 1803, the Von Hövel winery is located near the oxbow of the River Saar in Konz-Oberemmel, where winemaking dates back to Celtic times. Now managed by Max Von Kunow, the 7th generation of producers, they aim to create traditionally produced, authentic wines of the region with distinct character.

Von Hövel follows strict sustainable management across their 21.5 hectares of vineyards, with complete avoidance of herbicides, mineral fertilizers, and pesticides. Their commitment has earned them continuous support and the seal of approval from the 'Fair & Green' Association.

Their Riesling is crisp and refreshing with notes of pink grapefruit and citrus fruit, the perfect aperitif.
