Domaine Montirius Vacqueyras 'Garrigues'

This blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah from the Southern Rhône Valley's Vacqueyras appellation is quite appropriately named, as the herbal, earth and savoury notes are classically representative of Southern Rhone "Garrigue". Produced from certified organically grown grapes, this is an elegant wine with a soft mouthfeel and lifted finish. Look for complex flavours of cassis and just-ripe raspberry. An excellent wine at a great price.

Aged in cement vats for 18 months, then in bottles. 100% oak free.
