Tomintoul Seiridh is pronounced “sheh-ree” which is the Gaelic word for sherry.
This perfectly balanced single malt has been matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in specially selected Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez in Andalucía, Spain.
This process of finishing has created a beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt with sweet, luscious layers of Christmas cake decadence and a warm, nutty, chocolaty finish.
