The Glenrothes Lustau Cask

Initially resting in hogshead casks for over two decades, this whisky was then finished in an American oak butt, formerly containing Oloroso sherry from Bodegas Lustau. Renowned as a first-class Spanish sherry, their Oloroso is rich and full-bodied. These characteristics have shown through in this particular expression, which has a citrus toffee scent and lemon treacle flavours.

Clear and bright, Citrus toffee, full and rich on the nose, creamy, full palate with lemon treacle & mid-length finish inviting a second sip.
