The estate's sparkling wine range, originally named "Synergy" to reflect the collaboration between Leconfield's Coonawarra and McLaren Vale vineyards, has evolved. Now sourcing grapes exclusively from Coonawarra, the name was shortened to "Syn" to highlight the cool climate characteristics essential for crafting elegant sparkling wines. The award-winning Syn portfolio includes the Cuvée Blanc (Chardonnay + Pinot Noir), Rouge Sparkling Shiraz, and Sparkling Rosé.

Coonawarra's cool climate is ideal for producing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with crisp acidity and elegant fruit profiles, with grapes for this cuvée coming from vines averaging 25 years in age. The winemaking process involves early harvest to maintain low sugar levels and bright acidity,

The resulting wine boasts a bright appearance with persistent, fine bubbles, peachy aromas with yeasty complexity and hints of macadamia, a zesty palate with clean, bright acidity in a brut style, and a refreshing, tingling finish with velvety creaminess. This versatile sparkling wine is excellent as a chilled aperitif or paired with hors d'oeuvres, oysters, fresh seafood, and asparagus.
