Sloemotion Sloe Gin

Hand-picked, hedgerow fruit steeped in  Hedgerow Gin with a bit of sugar – how the country fore-fathers have made it for centuries. 

Nose – rich dark aromatic fruits and cherry, with gentle almond notes

Palate – velvety, rich and jammy, bold and beautiful, hints of junipe

Finish – sweet and dry, warming the cockles, as it goes by

Sweetness – mid-range sweetness

Botanicals - Juniper, coriander, angelica, orris & bay with six botanicals foraged from the farm and local hedgerows: crab apple, rosehip, elderflower, nettle leaf & wildflower meadow hay. Stones from the spent fruit from our sloe gin. 

Steeping - Hand-picked, hedgerow sloes.

Perfect Serve - Serve neat. Or, if you’re in a celebratory mood add a tot to prosecco, cava or Champagne for a Sloe Royale.
