Sichel Pauillac 2020

Quite delicate on the nose with perfumed liquorice and a dusting of baking spice. Great structure on the palate with velvety dark fruit, savory spiced vanilla and inky cassis flavours. The finish is long and complex with more luscious purple fruit. This would cellar happily for a good few more years but now and over the next 3-4 is when it will be at it's best.
