Mars Distillery Shinshu Maltage Cosmo Blended Malt

On the nose there's rich caramel and a touch of peat, honey and ginger build alongside red berry and sweet fruits. The palate shows more honey and more fruit, the smoke returns too along with wintery spice, toffee and maple syrup.
