Shilda, Kirke Goddess Blend

Located in the Kakheti region of Georgia Shilda winery was founded in 2014 and employs the use of both modern facilities and traditional methods to create a diverse and unique range of wines. 

Kirke Goddess Blend is a premium Georgian white blend of Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi and Khikhvi. Harvested during a full moon when grapes reach maturity they are gently hand picked and stored in there cellar before sunrise to preserve the grapes integrity before crushing and pressing.   

Producing aromas of apricots, rich apples, pears, and hints of vanilla from the slight oak aging. resulting in a full bodied and balanced taste perfect as an aperitif or alongside fresh garden salads or chicken dishes.
