Bottega Vinai Sauvignon Blanc is a soft, enticing Sauvignon from north east Italy. The grapes are sourced from Cavit's best plantings of the variety in the cool Valle dei Laghi, Trentino. Herbaceous and mineral notes with crisp citrus and tropical fruit, an attractive texture and depth. An elegant food friendly Sauvignon.
