Founded in 1875 and currently owned by the Larrain family, Santa Carolina focuses on producing high quality, consistent wines year after year with a unique and distinctive character to each of the wines they produce.
Grown in the Casablanca Valley, this region is renowned for producing excellent cool-climate wines. Morning fog and cool ocean breezes control the temperature and humidity, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly so they can develop richer and more complex flavours.
Elegant, complex and smooth, this medium-bodied wine has strawberry and redcurrant fruit flavours and a soft, lingering finish. Pairs wonderfully with roast beef.
