Santa Carolina Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

Founded in 1875 and currently owned by the Larrain family, Santa Carolina focuses on producing high quality, consistent wines year after year with a unique and distinctive character to each of the wines they produce.

Grown in the Maipo Valley, temperatures vary greatly from warm days to cool nights, which allows the grapes to ripen slowly, maintain their natural acidity, and develop complex flavours. The grapes are handpicked and then the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 12 months in their underground cellar.

A complex, smooth and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe blackberry and cherry fruit flavours with hints of cassis and mint. This wine would be perfect with a juicy steak or spiced sausages.
