This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is from Two Rivers Saint Maur Vineyard in the Southern Valleys and is a true expression of the land, with defined notes of almond, citrus, lemon thyme, green olive. The palate is complex with lemon, salt, cream, very textural, finely structured and brilliantly focused.
