Ruggeri's 'Quartese' Prosecco just goes to show how good Prosecco can be. The grapes for this Superiore are sourced exclusively from their absolute best vineyards, the result is a deeply refined glass of sparkling wine. The bubbles are very fine but still creamy, the palate is intensely flavoured but still very delicate with defined notes of juicy stone fruits. This really is the elite of Prosecco production.
