100% Sangiovese fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is then matured in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months with a resting period of 4 months in bottle. Rich and ripe notes of cherries and violets on the nose. The palate again is quite full bodied with nicely rounded tannins. A wine that can be enjoyed young or aged for up to five years. Great with poultry, game or mushroom dishes.
