Rolleston Vale Chardonnay

Produced from Chardonnay grapes located in the Murray Darling in South Eastern Australia, they are picked and crushed during the cool of night so as to retain their fresh, varietal flavours.

Rolleston Vales Chardonnay is very much fruit driven with bags of peachy & tropical tones, there's oak there, but its subtle notes of butterscotch integrate beautifully allowing them to complement not dominate the wine.

Perfect with white meat dishes, try with a grilled chicken salad.
