Rising River Pinotage

Produced as a diffusion line to the Rickety Bridge range, Rising River aims to encompass the natural history of its surroundings and the river that flows through the Franschhoek Valley.

Harvested from selected vineyards across the Western Cape, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel open-top fermenters with twice-daily punching for maximum extraction of colour and tannins before being transferred into French oak barrels for 12 months before bottling.

Producing a lovely medium-bodied wine with soft tannins, with notes of blueberry, red cherry, and blackberry. Great alongside roasted lamb or a rich mushroom ragu.
