Rising River Chenin Blanc

Produced as a diffusion line to the Rickety Bridge range, Rising River aims to encompass the natural history of its surroundings and the river that flows through the Franschhoek Valley.

Harvested across selected vineyards in the Western Cape, once fermented, selected yeast strains are introduced in stainless steel tanks to help preserve the natural freshness and fruit-forward characteristics of the juice. The wine is then kept on lees for 6 months before bottling.

Producing notes of white peach and hints of pineapple with a rich, juicy palate of nectarine and melon, followed by a fresh and balanced acidity perfect alongside a mushroom risotto or fresh tuna tartare.
