Pesquera Ribera Crianza

A true classic in every sense of the word, once compared to the God like wines of Petrus by Robert Parker, Alejandro Fernandéz has built his wines to icon status in the Ribera del Duero, they are MUST try for any wine enthusiast.

On the nose, hints of black and red fruit, in particular blackberries and raspberries. Spicy notes appear followed by vanilla and liquorish, which give rise to a serious, complex wine with nuances that evolve over time. on the palate there's round tannins which burst with potential. A silky, clean wine with hints of fresh varietals & that smokiness of wood.
