Quinta De Ermizio 'Chin Chin' Vinho Verde

Produced from traditional Portuguese grape varieties such as Loureiro, Arinto, and Trajadura, the grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeast. A small amount of CO2 is then added to preserve the fresh and bright nature of the wine, resulting in a bone-dry, medium-bodied Vinho Verde with a bright and vibrant palate of fresh crisp apples, zesty citrus, and white flowers, accompanied by a light effervescence and balanced acidity—the perfect aperitif.
