Pyramid Valley North Canterbury Orange

This orange wine blend of; 78% Pinot Gris, 14% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Pinot Noir, 1% Gewurtztraminer is whole bunch fermented and aged in clay amphoras and old oak barrels with no added SO2. 

Hazy orange in colour, complex nose of spices and florals. On the palate and explosion of flavours with Christmas spices, orange rind, soft fine tannins leave a savoury and moreish flavour.
