Pra Amarone della Valpolicella (Magnum)

Equal parts Corvina, Rondinella and Corvione make up this suave brute of a wine. It’s the best disguised 16.5% abv you’ll taste, bitter cherry marries up with very fine black pepper spice resulting in a complex and very long denouement.

Stunning purity, grace and elegance (not usually associated with Amarone and with none of the dried, raisined characters). With a silky, velvety texture, flavours of luscious bitter cherry, dried orange peel, and ripe red fruit balanced by a complex and long finish, with lingering notes of chocolate ganache.

Perfect with wild game, mature cheese or simply a wine to contemplate and take your time over.
