The Fernandez family were grocers in Madrid when they decided to set up this biodynamic estate. They wanted to make accessible easy to drink biodynamic wine. Behind the fun label lies a Sauvignon Blanc with a twist. The skin contact wine has lovely savoury notes of bruised apple along with nuts and dried orange fruit. Perfect with tapas.
