Founded in 1973, Pierre Chainier is the owner of 250 hectares of vines in the heart of Touraine, producing a range of classic varieties spread across eight estates throughout the region. Pierre Chainier encourages sustainable development and organic certification across the estates and uses sugar cane biodegradable corks alongside a comprehensive recycling scheme across the winery and vineyard.
From the Loire, this Rosé is a blend of Grolleau, Gamay, and Cabernet Franc fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve its bright and fragrant nature, providing summer pudding aromas and an off-dry palate with notes of red apple. Balanced and refreshing. Brilliant alongside any kind of spicy Indian or Asian Cuisines.
