The first grapes on the Palliser Estate were harvested in 1989 and today the vineyard spreads across 85 hectares that produces predominantly Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc as well as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Riesling. Palliser has led the way in sustainability initiatives long before it was fashionable. The Pencarrow Sauvignon Blanc has a nose that is beautifully ripe and fragrant displaying currant and herbaceous characters.
On the palate it is succulent and full of delicious flavours with a refreshing mouthfeel and a lingering finish. A fruit forward and immediately appealing wine with excellent vibrancy.
Try alongside goats cheese for a classic pairing.
