Oxneys organic field blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc has set the standard for English sparkling wine with its wonderfully refreshing profile of red apple and pear underpinned with a crisp lemon acidity and toasty notes of just-baked brioche.
