Crafted from 100% Muscat à Petits Grains harvested very late in the season with added concentration from noble rot. 24-48 hour maceration takes place on skin with fortification after fermentation then aged in stainless steel tanks. The result is a rich golden colour and luscious honeyed notes of candied fruit and sweet citrus all balanced with a fine layer of acidity. Marvelous stuff.
