Old Pulteney 12 Year Old

Founded in 1826, Old Pulteney is one of the northernmost distilleries on the Scottish mainland. Originally, due to the lack of roads, all barley was brought to the distillery by boat, helping to instil the maritime influence that Old Pulteney has become famous for. 

Matured in hand-selected ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, this single malt marries together the coastal influence of brisk sea air off the coast of Wick alongside the sweet toasted vanilla notes of American oak.
