Novus Altitude Rose

Starting in the mid 50s with three generations of winemakers in the heart of the Mantinia appellation lies Novus wines, primarily focused on promoting indigenous grape varieties through single varieties and unique blends.

With a 70, 20, 10 % blend of Agiorgitiko, Syrah and Merlot at increasing altitudes creates a bright pink wine with light blue hue. With aromas of Strawberry, Pomegranate and red fruits and subtle herbal note that lingers in the background. Rich and crisp in the mouth leaving a long vibrant aftertaste.

Pairing with fried shrimp, pastas and cold cut meats.
