In the Bairrada region, Niepoort produced DrinkMe, the inaugural Nat Cool wine, which aims to highlight a different and elegant facet of the Baga grape variety. This incredibly light and accessible wine invites effortless enjoyment. 

Tasting Notes: Showcasing Baga's playful character with its light and vibrant appearance. The nose offers fresh floral aromas, intertwined with notes of aromatic herbs and cherry fruit. On the palate, it presents a delightful balance of roundness and crispness. The finish is marked by a refreshing acidity, spicy notes, and a subtle sweetness with a hint of astringency, making it approachable and endearing.
