Mylonas Savatiano 'Naked Truth'

Mylonas Winery was founded in 1917 in Keratea, Attica. Now run by the third generation Stamatis Mylonas the vineyards are located 80-200m above sea level. Mainly limestone and schist soils with a strong maritime influence bringing mild winters and cooling summer breezes.

'Naked Truth' in reference to the natural winemaking style is deep yellow in colour. Savatiano from a single vineyard. Natural, spontaneous fermentation including 15 days skin contact, adding delicious fragrance and structure but avoiding bitterness. 

Notes of greengage, white peach and apricots bone dry with texture and complexity. Serve chilled but not ice cold.
