Founded more than 125 years ago, Wente Vineyards is America’s oldest, continuously operated family-owned winery. Today, the winery maintains its leadership in Californian winegrowing under the ownership and management of the fourth and fifth generations of the Wente family. The winery draws from over 2,000 acres of vineyards in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay and 800 acres in Arroyo Seco, Monterey County. Supervision of production by fifth generation winemaker Karl D. Wente ensures quality at every step of the winemaking process, from the vine to the bottle.

Morning Fog Chardonnay is an great expression of Livermore Valley Chardonnay, Bursting with aromatics of green apple and citrus alongside toasted vanilla and nutmeg from barrel ageing. This wine is balanced with a natural acidity and lingering minerality a truely beautiful wine. Pair alongside garlic butter and herb crusted Prawns.
