Monteleone Etna Bianco

This wine is 100% Carricante produced on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Hand-picked on the high-altitude slopes, the grapes are then gently pressed and settled for 48 hours before fermenting in stainless steel tanks and ageing on fine lees for a further 6 months. Producing aromas on the nose of white flowers, citrus fruit and cut grass. On the palate, ripe yellow fruit and citrus with good minerality. Elegant, clean with a long, persistent finish.
