Made with grapes grown in the Belice area of western Sicily under the watchful eye of talented winemaker Stefano Chioccioli.
Tasting notes: Deep purple with red tinge. The nose is intensely aromatic, dominated by black pepper and various spices. On the palate, multiple layers of fruit unfold, with prominent dark berry flavours. The wine demonstrates excellent balance between its fruit, acidity, and tannins, offering a complex taste profile. It concludes with a soft, lingering finish that extends the palate experience.
Pair with meaty pasta sauces, read meat roasts and aged cheeses with pronounced flavour.
