Mauricio Lorca LO% Criolla Blanca

This lower alcohol wine (8.5%) is the result of a series of experimental micro-vinifications produced by Mauricio Lorca, seeking to provide a delicious lower alcohol white wine that doesn't cut any corners when it comes to delivering aroma, texture, and length. This is a proper wine without the use of de-alcoholisation, no acidification, added sugar, or any other additions. The fruit is picked early from old vines, providing amazing fruit concentration even when picked at such an early stage.

A blend of Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel Amarillo, both native Criolla varieties. At 8.5%, it is an excellent dry white with lovely floral aromatics, delicious citrus fruit character and a proper finish. Light yet expressive!
