Mas de Cadenet Cotes de Provence Rose Magnum 1.5L

The Mas de Cadenet produces 60% of rosé wines, 30% of red wines and 10% of white wines. The grape varieties grown in the vineyard are Rolle, Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and Cabernet-Sauvignon. The yield of the vines is naturally kept low and ensures high quality wines (45hl/ha on average).

The vineyard is on a south facing plateau, 250 meters above sea level. Five hectares are in the Côtes de Provence Appellation and forty hectares are on the sub-appellation Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire.

This pale rosé exhibits a refreshing mineral character, offering subtle notes of citrus, red berries, and floral scents. The limestone terroir imparts balance and refinement, with a crisp, lingering finish. The aromatic profile persists throughout, concluding with fruity and saline notes. Best served chilled at 10°C.

Versatile and elegant, this rosé shines on its own or as a complement to food. It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean cuisine such as tartare, ceviche, and ratatouille, as well as exotic dishes.
