Luna de Murviedro Rosé Sparkling 0% ABV

A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain, which are macerated, and then undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method, allowing the wine to retain aromas and structure.

Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate vibrant red berry fruit is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish.
