Salmon pink in colour with a constant stream of fine bubbles, summery bouquet of fresh fruit with the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. The higher percentage of Pinot Noir adds distinctive raspberry notes and toasted nut aromas. On the palate the flavours are intense but not overpowering with concentrated fruit flavours and well integrated tannins. A very refined glass of fizz.
