A delicately smoky single malt. Matured in a combination of ex-peated refill bourbon barrels and red wine casks, it shows a beautifully balanced profile of red fruits alongside a floral sweetness and a gentle bonfire smoke, aiming to capture the subtle complexities of peat without overpowering the natural elegance of the spirit.
