An easy-going wine for all occasions. A blend of Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah the wine is fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks then matured for 8 months in concrete vats. This helps to develop suppleness in the wine whilst retaining the fruit aromas.
It has a strawberry hue with cherry hints. On the nose raspberries with spice. Supple mouth feel with a fresh fruity finish.
