Kumeu River Ray's Road Pinot Noir

Produced by the Brajkovich Family for over 80 years, Kumeu River has been internationally recognised as producing world-class wines and has helped establish and shape the New Zealand wine industry to where it is today. Encompassing 30 hectares of vineyards, all of Kumeu River's wines are harvested by hand and only the best grapes are used to produce their wines.

After malolactic fermentation, the wine is then matured for 12 months in French oak, resulting in a bright and fragrant wine with aromas of ripe cherries and other red fruits. There is also a distinctive dry leaf quality that contributes to the complexity in the wine. With a deceptively concentrated palate, it is approachable now but will enhance further with bottle age. Pairs wonderfully with pan seared duck.
