Joey Tensley Fundamental Pinot Noir

After many years of working his way up through the wine industry, Joey Tensley launched his Fundamental Wines range in 2017. Created to reflect his ethos and his brand's philosophy: to produce fundamentally sound and straightforward wines that over-deliver for the price on every level. 

Produced during a cool summer made for a wine that is bright with acidity alongside great power and concentration. The majority of the Pinot Noir comes from fruit from St. Rita, giving the wine a rich red fruit characteristic alongside the savory notes gained from adding fruit from Santa Maria, providing the unmistakable California Pinot Noir nose. Complex yet easily drinkable, this wine is versatile and will work with many dishes, even big steaks. This wine can really hold its own.
