After many years of working his way up through the wine industry, Joey Tensley launched his Fundamental Wines range in 2017. Created to reflect his ethos and his brand's philosophy: to produce fundamentally sound and straightforward wines that over-deliver for the price on every level.
The wine shows a distinct minerality on the nose. On the palate, it shows green apples, tropical fruits, lemon citrus, and a touch of buttery oak. Enjoy a glass alongside salmon dishes or crispy pork belly.
